Meet the Team: Rachel Davies

Hi, my name is Rachel! I am the Learning and Support Manager here at Qualzy. I do onboarding and training, support, and everything in between. I am also the gender neutral sovereign of keeping clients happy. As with everyone else at Qualzy, it has been an incredible experience watching it flourish, and I can not wait to see what the future brings.

Each day at Qualzy brings a new challenge, and new people and that coupled with the fun, friendly and encouraging atmosphere is what makes it an incredible place to work.

I ended up at Qualzy after spending a couple of years post completing my Masters in Information Technology and an internship in China at a Drone company; trying to make it in the fast food world as a manager…and then Paul and Julian gave me the chance to take the support team to the next level.

I love helping clients old and new get the most of out the platform, discover new tricks and capabilities and pushing the boundaries of what technical support should be. Of course I still love being in the thick of it and building client projects as well as making sure everyone; clients and the team are happy with the platform and its solutions.

In work I like to annoy the team with my constant talking and singing, well singing one line of a song on repeat.

Outside of work I am a keen traveller (I know I know so is everyone) and love exploring new cities. On the weekend I am usually having some sort of adventure be that canoeing up exe river or cheering on Team England at the Commonwealth games. I am an avid rugby player and fan…although much more of a fan nowadays and tend to follow my team around their European matches…Limerick this year!

Finally, I am a nerd of all nerd things and geek out about theatre, film, and superheroes
